Ruekert & Mielke interview questions

Interview was initially 1 hour phone interview and then they took an archaic personality test that is based on online questionnaire. once you pass then 2 hours office interview, in both they asked questions about the technical skills and explained their own work and to check whether one's skills can be used in their work.
