I had an overall positive interview experience. After sending in my resume and cover letter, I was contacted to complete a written assignment that asked why I was interested in the position and to describe various past experiences related to the job that particularly challenged me and how I handled them. Then I was invited to a video interview with the Media Production Manager, which was easy and conversational. Next was a cross functional interview with three team members from different departments that was a bit less casual, as a lot of the questions felt very corporate. Everyone I spoke with was kind and communicative.
