Applied on Glassdoor, was contacted the next day regarding an interview. Upon arriving, the boss met with me and asked me questions about myself. The entire time, he seemed to not know anything about me, almost as if he had never seen my resume, portfolio, or even expected me to show up. He told me his last web manager "disappeared" 6 months ago - huge red flag. He promptly ended the interview, metaphorically waving me off and leaving me to his assistant who seemed uncomfortable throughout the entire ordeal and with the abrupt end to the conversation.
