If you're a potential candidate for them, they will proceed quickly through the recruitment process—responsive and quite respectful interviewers, too. But you would just be ghosted if you're not selected and not notified for clarity, even if you have reached out for a follow-up and you had reached the final stage (user interview). Also, I think there was a slight internal miscommunication between the HR Team and the user in my recruitment process, whereas the job description stated in the HR Interview didn't match the job portal, just for the user to clarify that it indeed was what was stated in the job portal.
