The interview process involved personal interview followed by a demonstration of Teaching. During the personal interview, the questions mentioned below were asked. In the demonstration, the teaching ability is examined, so one has to prepare a topic to deliver a classroom lecture. This demonstration is given in front of existing senior teachers of the institute, and no student are present.
