Two rounds with 2 partners each time. It was focussed on experience and personality. In-depth but not daunting. Felt like a conversation. Mostly friendly. Know your experience and CV inside out. Know your motivations. It is how you come across.
I was interviewed by a partner of the dispute resolution team. He was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. The interview focused on my experience and how this matches the role.

The final interview stage was very relaxed and conversational, asking questions about your CV. It did not feel as though they were asking a list of prepared questions and marking you according to your answer. It was really a final getting to know you chat.
