Very smooth and straight forward process. The recruiter was very helpful and knowledgeable to help place me with a really nice job that landed me a career in finance. I never felt lost or bamboozled throughout the interview process.

I worked with Kevin on an opportunity a while back and didn't end up finding a job through him or anyone else at Russell Tobin. When I started working for the company that I currently work for I realized that my company utilizes Russell Tobin's services for hiring
I have since realized a couple things about working with the recruiters at Russell Tobin:
1) If the employer doesn't want to hire you. Forget the feedback they will not answer your phone calls or emails.
2)They somehow do not really care about maintaining any sort of integrity in their communication with their clients or the job seekers.
3) Forget about referrals, what it goes down to is that job seekers for Russell Tobin recruiters are sales numbers if you don't fit their requirements they are never getting in touch with you ever.
The interview process itself is incredibly easy and if you passed third grad e and know how to speak with people they will pass you on to the company since they mostly hire for sales positions
