I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Rust Consulting
Interview
Misleading, I applied for a position that was only giving that name to lead more attention to it,
It end up not being that position. I accepted the job because I wanted to be closer to my home. But, after a year of gaining as much experience as I could I left for something better
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Rust Consulting (Minneapolis, MN) in Nov 2011
Interview
I interviewed with a temporary staffing agency to get the placement at Rust Consulting. The interview was rather brief. They were hiring for a specific project that required language skills, so a portion of the interview focused on my language skills and how I might apply them to the position.
Fairly normal interview questions, but the process requires 3 interviews, which is fairly absurd if you are working full time. HR woman was average. The company is very secretive about its clientele (Old money 1%'er family), so it was difficult to prepare, and during the interview difficult to figure out who you would be serving. The Financial Advisor was about as engaging as a inanimate object, making it difficult to develop rapport. Basically said in the interview that advancement was unlikely.
