Filled out an online application, was accepted for interview process. The online application deals with a self-evaluation of one's technical abilities in a variety of areas, such as operating system familiarity, network protocols, hardware, office programs, etc. Additionally, they desire to see customer service experience, as well as details regarding technical issues solved. Was interviewed by two individuals, and was asked a series of basic technical questions, including those pertaining to file extensions. During the process the one interviewer lowered the clipboard and evaluation form being used for a brief moment and I was able to see "uses big words" as the only thing written on the paper.
