Interview
Not much of a interview, it had pretty generic questions. These questions were pretty standard to all interviews that are conducted at the university, I believe. Room was non-intimidating, and it was a pretty lax interview.
First round was with 3 people then 2nd round was with each individual director (superday). Very nice people but did not get offered the position. Did reach out for additional feedback which I received and was happy with that.
The interview was about 30 minutes long. Most of the questions were experience-based, others were behavioral. I interviewed with two people and heard back the next week. Accepted offer.
