I had two rounds of interviews. The first was with the team and director. It was a one hour long interview broken up in two thirty minute interviews. I first met with the director and senior associates. They asked scenario based questions and more about what was no my resume. The team did not really ask in depth questions. They were very easy to talk to. The second round of interview was also broken into two thirty minute interviews with 2 principals. We talked about salary and bonus pay, and I was asked more scenario based questions and why I am interested in Ryan. Overall it was a very smooth process... but the interview process did take about 45+ days which was long in my opinion. Another opportunity fell on my lap and I declined Ryan's offer.
