I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Ryan Specialty in Feb 2023
Interview
HR reached out to me via email to schedule a phone interview. That took about 20 minutes. The HR person didn’t really know what she was interviewing me for - I was discouraged when I got off the call as it wasn’t a team I wanted to work on. About 30 minutes after I talked to HR, the team leader emailed me and turns out he ran a team for a completely different department. We scheduled a time to talk. I talked to him for over an hour. He said he wanted me to talk to someone who worked on the team and set me up with them. I talked to them a week later for about 45 minutes. Everything went really smooth and they were very down to earth. They made me sweat it out about two weeks but offered me a position via email.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Ryan Specialty (Phoenix, AZ) in Oct 2023
Interview
The Process was seamless and pretty straight forward. I was not left in the dark and the HT teams is very professional and was quick to respond to any questions.

Interview
Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. The interviews were informative and they didn't grill you with questions. They informed me about the company as a whole and who we service and what industries. They also prepared me for what to expect in my first initial days and set the expectations for training as well.
