Following successful completion of English Language and Situational tests, candidates offered the choice of a 20 minute virtual interview or an assessment day. In my case, I chose a virtual interview. The interview was relaxed but professional, and I was asked questions surrounding my qualities and what I would bring to Ryanair in my role, why Ryanair? Within a week or so of the interview you will typically hear back from the company on their outcome and potential next steps.
