Bad experience, ghosting from the firm instead of being clear about the outcome, vague reasons for not hiring. Dragging the process for unnecessarily long time, Probably didnt want to hire, just passing time.
Very positive interview, given feedback during it that I would be a good fit, however 4 weeks passed with still no decision made on role, no contact from Ryman on timeframes. I followed up a couple of times. I guess in the current climate candidate care is not a high priority. It was very disappointing - I ended up withdrawing from process due to timeframe.
