Ryvis Pharma interview questions

Reviewing my interview process so that other people are aware. I had an interview with this company last year In February. It was a weird interview. I was tested how to calculate something in excel. During that process I felt like I was expected to know what they do. I work with excel a lot but during that interview process, I felt stupid bc I was expected to answer and show them how to calculate they problems in the excel. Companies should be training employees especially if they’re hiring for entry level position and they’re paying less than 20 dollars. I’ve been seeing this job posted for more than a year now. It is a red flag for me.
