There are three rounds of interviews with similar questions. You start with the hiring manager and then work your way up to more senior roles. Interviews are done through the phone. I think only the last one was through Facetime.

Simple process with 2 interviews. Very straight forward and company is very responsive with getting back to you with a decision on your status. Mostly behavioral questions and asking about points on your resume/trends in the beauty industry
