I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at S.S. Rana & Co. (New Delhi) in Jan 2020
Interview
Two rounds of interviews were conducted, in a timeline of two weeks. Process was easy and smooth. First round was purely subject oriented where drafting and presentation skills were checked. I have met Partner of the firm on the same day, as no other senior was available then. She softly approved my profile and praised my skills and called for the HR round for final personality test. I was happy and excited to join, and was confident to crack the final round. Thereafter I was called by HR Manager and another partner in second round and after half an hour, when they finally began with the salary negotiations, I asked about them about my profile in the firm, and they were not aware of it. I felt disappointed and recalled my experience and feedback in the first round, but in vain. I came out, and written a feedback mail to HR who never responded back.
