Did not have a feedback after first screening, so a bit disappointing. Even though there was no offer, it would be good to have a feedback or response. Mostly after they said to wait for the next steps

Interview
The interview process was really smooth, the recruiters were very patient and understanding and did not analyze you based on your language skills. The interviewers emphasized more on your confidence and your ability to learn everything on your own. I was also doing a course which was an added advantage for me.

Interview
Totally insane. I applied online for a position, and less than 24hs the recruiter emails me. We agree with a skype interview to check if I was a good fit for the client an, as asked, I send the three references - woo, that was being fantastic. During the interview, I understood there was no client but only a "check the resume." Worse: they contact my references for no reason!
