Some of the basic interview questions that are typical to expect. Brief phone call, in-person interview with two very positive and friendly employees (the manager and the teller line manager, I think), and then a final Teams interview with a person I believe was the district manager.

Multistep, involved process but completely transparent. There was no question what the position involved, what the company was about, and what your role would be. While parts of it were slightly intimidating the entire process was very welcoming and user friendly.

Excellent and efficient communication . The process is panel interviews and behavioral interviewing questions. Communications between interviews was excellent by the HR department. Thus far it has been two separate panel interviews with the final, 3rd being an interview the the CHRO. Communication of who would make up the panel and their roles was very appreciated.
