SAGA Innovations is in its start-up phase the organization, as such, we are rapidly expanding and ever evolving. It is crucial that each of our leaders is mission-oriented and eager to help our organization grow. The recruitment team is a vital part of the organization’s effort to expand. For dedicated staff, the team developed a multi-stage interview process that allows for candidates to gain first hand insight the role, to learn from and hear the different perspectives from key staff, and to demonstrate their ability to meet the requirements of the role through a job simulation activity. The recruitment process for any role at SAGA is highly competitive. We strongly encourage candidates to research the organization and requirements for the role.
