Multiple interviews for about 8 different IT positions over the course of over 1 year. They absolutely adore wasting your time and giving you the run around. They’ll try everything they can think of on you (on camera, on the phone, in email) to attempt to get you frustrated (they failed), but will never give you the position you’re qualified for. They tried taunting and teasing me on camera last year, in which they failed and were miserable about it. They tried giving me pressure (technical rhetoric) on camera as well, but failed. The employees there are unacceptable, and are literally just there for SAIC’s salaries, benefits and to protect their turf. They used me as an example and turn everyone communicating with me emotional, as some employees were sniffling on the phone (crying). They know all about you, based on using surveillance, and use it to their offense. It’s all by design and orchestrated by that left wing, political hack person. They like hiring military there, not nonmilitary with strong accomplishments and multiple degrees. This over 1 year experience changed my long term opinion about SAIC (in 2004) as a highly professional, polished corporation to a place filled with incompetent, bloated, military-only people just there for salaries and benefits packages. Stop making emotional decisions regarding a candidate’s employment. You know they are qualified for the positions, unlike you.
