Un questionnaire vidéo avec 1mn pour répondre à des questions, un entretien physique avec la RH et les managers.

Un processus de recrutement cadré et dans un délai rapide, avec les équipes RH et opérationnelles. Les personnes rencontrées étaient sympathiques et paraissaient bienveillantes. L’ambiance de travail semble agréable. Je recommande un candidature au vu de mon expérience positive.

Interview
Overall it was a waste of time and disappointing. The place in Hampton looked as if it was meant to be only for those who speak French as everyone spoke French there and the interviewer didn't have a good command of English either. The position was meant for UK, so not sure what was all that about, but I feel that it was a blessing in disguise not to get an offer. The interviewer also hasn't listened to my replies fully or was not giving a chance to finish, so it felt as if you were quite rushed or misunderstood.
No feedback received, although asked for it.
Btw, the place looks quite old and small, big issues with parking, so not the best one to recommend to work in from just looks point of view.
