Pretty straight forward, met with a handful of different managers. Almost every person I met with started in my role which is a good sign. Asked about success stories and critical thinking

Interview
Pretty straight forward, easy, liked the people I spoke with. Came to their office, got a tour, then did a handful of interviews back to back. Normal questions about experience and working conditions.
The interviewer did not show up to the interview, did not apologize or reach out, they then proceeded to be like 10 minutes late for the rescheduled time. Again did not apologize. Pay was too low so did not move forward, but I wouldn't waste your time with this firm, clear they do not respect applicants and therefore likely don't respect their employees either.
