DO NOT APPLY TO SBG. Worst interview process that I have ever experienced. At recruiting events, the recruiters basically force you and rush you to schedule an interview. The interview consists of meeting with 3-4 individuals. The interviewers are ill prepared and have no questions to ask you, they are constantly checking their phones, and look like they haven't slept in days with blood-shot eyes. Also they make you sit in a room for a very long time and in between interviews, you may have to wait 15 to 30 minutes. So unprofessional and i've never been treated with that much disrespect. All the interviewers did was complain about how the company does not have enough people and they are desperate to hire more. Well now I know the problem. That is not all. After being patient and spending 3 hours at the interview, I politely messaged the recruiter a thank you for interviewing me. I never heard back. It is not proper decorum to not get back to an individual who took the time to apply and interview with you. Especially an individual who was clearly over-qualified for the position. Incredibly rude. This company will sink because their competitors are so far ahead of the game.
