SBI Life Insurance Interview Questions

What are the current vision of the company and what are your goals an how do they align with the current organisation what are the strengths and weaknesses your expectations towards your job

It was good and friendly. The heads were cooperative. They asked basic questions of accounting and they also were specific about the time.They asked about my masters and my future plans.

The process was basic there were two rounds. They first shortlisted on the basis of my resume. First round was technical interview and the second round was HR Interview. The overall complexity of the interview was average.

Interview process was very smooth and normal like talk about industry and in which vertical you are working and reason for change & like what was your previous experience and all.

It was a good experience. Interview was basically for core Insurance processes and products. Knowledge of major insurance departments like claims, underwriting, product development, sales becomes important. Overall basic knowledge.about Life Insurance company will be sufficient.

It was smooth. Interview was online, panel was on time. Interview was moderately difficult, questions were relevant and as per the CV. It lasted for 20 mins. They called back after interview for replying whether I have been selected or not.

The dept head was very polite. It was quite easy to crack the inteview. They check your skills and ability and not the technical knowledge of the field. So it is advisable to be calm and give your best.

Good and very smooth process First there was a psychometric test then gd and finally PI. Got result next day. Overall a very smooth process not a difficult interview to crack

There were three steps in the interview process. Step one: Aptitude test includes quant, English and logical reasoning Step two : Group Discussion having eight people in a group Step three: Panel Interview having three people in the panel

normal Group discussion and Personal Interview. since it was for a campus selection there was not that much of process involved. I do not remember the exact process as it was way long back in my career.
