I applied online and received a phone call shortly after asking me to come in to complete the application and interview. After I arrived to the office, I completed the application and was asked to take a typing test to verify typing ability and spped (WPM). The interview itself was one on one with the hiring manager and was relatively easy with questions regarding customer service, time management, fielding complaint calls, and skills. Most questions were expected and were relatively normal based on the job description and requirements for this position.
