I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at SCORCH (Saint Louis, MO) in Feb 2019
Interview
For a creative agency, the three women (one being a pretty high up person) were so dry in the interview. They asked basic questions that don't actually define anyone. "What are your three greatest weaknesses?" First of all, anyone can google and BS this question. Ask me about my resume, let me prove that I didn't google that and I actually know what I'm talking about.
They also lied to my recruiter. Instead of just saying you weren't interested, they lied and said I was talking negatively about all my previous employers. They only asked me about one employer and I said would actually still work for that company if it wasn't for the position being contract, no hire.
I reached out to my recruiter a few hours before the interview and actually told her I didn't want to come to the interview because of the reviews on Glassdoor and what others in the Marketing and Advertising industry were saying when I asked them about the company. I should have listened to my gut feeling. They (the company) pointed out that the reviews were bad because they got rid of the people who weren't with their company culture. *insert eye roll on the most BS answer ever*
I noticed a few reviews said they had no processes in place for things and I mentioned that in the interview and of course they had no real, solid answer to give except that they were looking for people to help with that. However, you brag about being around SO LONG, I'm confused why you would need help with this if you are such an established company.
Basically, don't waste your time even interviewing for these liars.
