The interview process is unnecessarily long. I've had five interviews for this position, including three that were in person. The manager hiring for this position seems to trust emotion over logic, and I understand that hiring someone is a nuanced, but it should not take you two months for someone that is qualified and has multiple years of experience with the specific process they use. I ended up getting the offer for this position, but I decided to decline due to the amount of time it took, and I also received a better offer in the meantime. I wanted to work with screen, but unfortunately they made me feel as if I was not worth their time, or a priority.
