SDI Presence interview questions

Telephonic call for about 30 minutes, after a week was schedule a Personal around for 45 minutes to 1 hours. HR and Manager round for discussion about policy and compliance.

Was referred by several staffing agencies. Job title and description of duties did not match and I thought it was odd multiple staffing agencies reached out to me for same role, but I proceeded with interviews. Answered most questions correctly. Was later told by staffing agency none of the questions were answered correctly which leads me to believe either another reason came up as a blocker or there was some other form of miscommunication. What bothers me is not knowing the source of that, the employer or the staffing agency.
