Interview Experience The process was quick (2 weeks, 2 technical interviews). Pros Fast timeline. Scheduling was simple. Cons First interview with QAs: unrealistic questions, irrelevant CV lectures, poor behavioral questions. Second interview: started 30 mins late, devs interviewing QA without understanding SDET role, no resume prepared. Director QA appeared professional but was arrogant and dismissive—even towards his own team. Entire team thinks the same way, no room for discussion or alternative views. Interviewers lacked basic QA/SDET knowledge (confused test oracle with Oracle software, no idea about happy path, test flow vs. validation). Summary Interviewers don’t listen; they only push their own views. Overall, a complete waste of time.
