Interview is fairly simple. You will meet with the hiring manager, if they like you and want to move forward, you will either meet with upper management sometimes as a panel of (2-3), and then you will have a meeting with HR. They use a CARL method for interviews, so come prepared with decisive examples. Recruiting can take some time in between interviews, which can leave you in limbo for a few weeks.

Very friendly and easy to talk to. The questions seemed fair given the nature of the position. There are three stages to the interview. An initial screening conducted by the recruiter, followed by an interview with 2 supervisors, and ending with an interview with personnel from site staff you would be working with.

it is pretty easy, you just have to go in to decide what shift and want and small talk with the supervisor. you begin orientation and get your start date.
