First, I answered a questionnaire, specifying how I would handle certain situations that could arise in the given position. Upon submitting this series of long and short-answer questions, I moved on to my first in-person interview, which was with the talent manager and talent associate. After going through HR, I had a follow-up meeting with the Global Head of Sales and the Director of Client Analytics, both of which I would be directly supporting. The process was thorough and each interviewer really took the time not just to access my qualifications, but to get to know me as a person. I valued the humanistic approach, and it was one of the main reasons I decided to accept the offer.
