I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at SEIU Local 32BJ (Newyork, Argyll and Bute, Scotland) in Mar 2022
Interview
The interview process generally involves several stages to ensure the candidate has both the technical skills and the ability to work with stakeholders.
First, there is usually an initial screening conducted by the HR team. In this stage, they verify the candidate’s background, experience, communication skills, and overall fit for the organization.
Next, candidates typically go through a technical or functional interview with the hiring manager or senior team members. For a Business Analyst role, this may include questions about requirement gathering, documentation, process analysis, tools, and methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
Pretty simple interview, the interview is short, and they all looked nice. Vibe is a little bit off, But I guess that's because they don't like me. At the end they asked how my law school and something like this.

Interview
It was a zoom interview with 3 people with the Union. I went through basic questions about what I knew about union work and organizing only to be told they’re not actually hiring right now and then never heard anything again.
