Simple straight foward interview. Looking to see how you interact mostly. Be confident and honest and you'll be fine. The point of the interview will be to A. Gain more insight on your actual skills and experiences and B. They want to know if you will be able to interact with the clients on a personal level since most all employees do.

Just the smiple "best trait/worst trait" issue. Might also ask situational quesiton.

Interview
Very basic and easy interview. They just you to have some type of biological undergraduate degree.

No difficult questions. There were in a state of desperation when I was hired.
Words of Warning: There is very little scientific acumen required to perform this job. And is best if you don't have any prior work experience in a research setting. You may get hired on, but the transition(demotion) from a research laboratory to this is startling.
