They called me in for an interview at the office. They had talked to me on the phone and emailed me about this job and then asked me to come in for the interview so they can find out more about my prior work experience.

They asked me about my past accounting experience. They asked me about my educational background and asked me about jobs I have had in the past related to this job.

The interview was very archaic they only asked questions to ensure that the employee would be a slave to their process. I was asked a few questions then told they would contact me if they wanted to give me an offer.
