SHINE Technologies interview questions

The in-person interview process was very long with many separate 30 minute interviews adding up to over 3 hours. However, all of the interviewers were very friendly and gave you enough time to answer without feeling rushed.

I talked with two people in the legal department who didn't know much, if anything about Trade Compliance. They complained about the difficulty in classifying ECCN's, then grilled me about HTS/ECCN Classification. I am not sure they even knew the answers to their own questions. They seemed annoyed and bothered by even having to be on the call. In the first call the HR rep said the position would be 100% remote to begin with, then the legal department jokers did a rug pull and said you would need to re-locate to BFE Janesville Wisconsin, for a 4 day in the office "Hybrid Work Week"
