SHoP Architects interview questions

Was given interview through a referral. Arrived on the day, and was interviewed by two individuals. Interview questions were pretty standard - why do you want to work at shop, etc. Interview ended with a tour of the office.

It was fairly easy. They ask you to talk about previous work/projects you have done or worked on in other firms. They ask you questions about the thought process and philosophy of your work
