Awesome inter view process.. totally different from other companies... Hiring only capable resources... selection procedure is perfect.... designed by IITians.... Company policies are very fruitful at time of joining time.

Interview
CV selection -> Screening round from HR -> Objective questions (30) -> Subjective paper -> Interview -> Offer.
Objective round was basically aptitude test.
Subjective round was writing program in their own defined language. There were 3 questions.
Interview for fresher was generally puzzles.
