Asked to meet in person with the head HR. The whole process was ok IMO. Nothing was bad, at least for me. The questions are basic interview questions although you should prepare and research about the business

What is your understanding of bartending drinks and are you confident with your skills?
was easy, personal information and experience questions. No lore than 20 min en they call me 10 days later to make an offer. I started at the beginning of school year and 6 months later they offer me to stay as pre-school teacher.
