Easy process, it was more a formality than an actual interview and quite an easy going atmosphere which made it feel less intimidating so the interview was quite good and questions not too bad

Conversational interview with manager. Very informal, provided correct qualifications (NPLQ) and undertake a competency test and timed swims. Provided you pass this, then attend staff training the month prior to wanting to work then it is simple and straightforward to be hired.
