SMC Corporation interview questions

Good with focused questions. Sharing good information about the company and a friendly atmosphere. The GM was very clear and solutions oriented. The overall office environment was open and people were greeting and seemed very interested.

Interview was fairly standard. It was too long, however, considering the job role. I spoke to the recruiter, and two sales managers over the phone and video before the in-person interview. Ended up declining because the pay was very low when compared with the job responsibilities. Truthfully the job is that of a sales engineer as it goes far beyond generating leads and making sales. Yet the salary is below the standard rate for a standard sales role.
