Interview
It was quite a lengthy process with 4 stages which were quite spread out. You have an initial call with the recruiter, the next stage is an interview with 2 people (usually managers) and then I had a 3rd stage with 2 Directors, and finally a meet and greet at the head office. Overall it was quite enjoyable meeting so many people at the business, and hearing everyone's opinions on the company

They asked where you see yourself in 5 years, and how much you knew about the industry (retail media). I think the answer to both these questions were important for landing the role
