SOLV Energy interview questions

The initial HR screening was very positive and professional. However, the interview with the hiring manager was interrupted and cut short due to a personal family matter on their end. I was told we would continue the conversation later and was asked to email my remaining questions. Unfortunately, my follow-up questions were never acknowledged or answered, and I received a rejection shortly after. While I understand that personal emergencies happen, I felt I wasn't given a fair opportunity to demonstrate my qualifications, and the lack of communication regarding my follow-up was disappointing. It felt like my time and effort weren't valued in the end.

Got to the first interview phone screening, but got a call a few weeks later saying they found a candidate through other connections. Overall positive experience and it was nice of them to call instead of email
