In summary, my interview experience with SOTI started positively with effective communication from the recruiter, and the interviews up to the second-to-last round were respectful and well-conducted. However, the final round was a major disappointment. Interviewers appeared completely disconnected from modern technologies and architecture, showed disrespect, and failed to listen. Shockingly, they spent less than half of the allotted interview time and later claimed they couldn't assess my skills due to a lack of time. This experience left me disheartened, despite my interest in SOTI's innovative products.
It's fortunate that I didn't receive an offer and I didn't need to decline it, as working with such a boss would likely have been a very challenging and humiliating experience.
