Recruiter reached out to me, and the initial screening was an overall positive experience. During the screening I mentioned that as part of the interview process, I would like to meet senior staff and leadership, to take their measure. This seemed to immediately turn off the recruiter. I was not contacted again. It is possible I wasn't the caliber of candidate required for the position.
