The process moves relatively quickly but is quite comprehensive. It started with a recorded screening video, followed by a live design test on a call for the first round. The final stage was a full in-person interview loop with the design and product teams, alongside the CTO and CEO.
It can feel a bit high-pressure and anxiety-inducing because of the live test and C-suite involvement, but the team is incredibly welcoming.
