I applied online. I interviewed at SPOTIO (Addison, TX) in Apr 2024
Interview
I received a call from the recruiter, who asked me a few questions including the salary I was expecting. The recruiter then told me there was a four interview process, with the first interviews being on Zoom and the last in person. For the first interview I was asked to create a PowerPoint about myself.

The interviewer asked why I was leaving my current job.
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at SPOTIO (Addison, TX) in Oct 2024
Interview
The process began with a brief initial phone screen with PeopleOps, then a longer phone interview with hiring manager. This was followed quicly by a 2nd interview with hiring manager, then a final round with CRO, CEO, PeopleOps and hiring manager. The entire process took less than two weeks.

Question 1
What is a deal-breaker for you (i.e., why wouldn't you want to work here)?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at SPOTIO
Interview
About 2 weeks after sending in my application, I was invited for an "interview" but found out that it would be conducted through Workable (a one-way recorded video interview), which I had previous experience with for a short screening for a different position. This was much closer to being a proper interview as opposed to a short screening, however, being that there were 18 total questions -- definitely on the longer side.
Being able to view most of the questions before having to record your responses is nice, but the majority of the time I was only afforded one take to record video answers to each question, and all responses are timed, some for less than a minute.
I felt somewhat rushed, don't think I was able to elaborate enough with some of my answers, and generally, the whole experience felt a bit impersonal/awkward. Not a terrible interview by any means and the questions were pretty standard, but I vastly prefer speaking with an actual person for a proper back-and-forth interview as opposed to speaking to a camera. If you're the same way, you may have a similarly neutral to negative experience.
