Very challenging, multi stage interview process with operational, finance and IT leaders. The process was drawn out over a number of interviews with different stakeholders and almost felt precarious due to the number of people i had to build a rapport with. Ultimately this was a very comprehensive process which included psychometric testing and various other assessments.
