SQUIRE interview questions

Was talked down to consistently by the interviewer. Was flat out asked my age and if I was maybe too old for the job. I believe that is both ageism and illegal.

Interviews were straightforward. There was a "skills test" that they admitted they were piloting that missed the mark for the role, and when I had my in-person interviews they disregarded the skills test and never mentioned it (I moved on in the interview process). Job screener was friendly and transparent.
