Average. The group appeared inconsistent in what they were looking for in candidates. Feedback was very positive, and expected an offer based on their feedback. HR didn't res[pond for a month. It was handled unprofessionally. Disappointing experience regardless of of an offer. Immature.

Pretty standard interview process which includes phone calls with HR and hiring manager prior to on-site seminar and interviews. The on-site interview day is pretty long, but a break and lunch was provided which was nice.
